Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Neuryx AI, LLC (“Neuryx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process information in connection with our website, communications, tools, demos, systems, business operations, and services, including, without limitation, any related AI, automation, voice, messaging, workflow, analytics, integration, or support-related activities.
This Policy is intended to provide a general description of our practices. It does not limit any rights, remedies, defenses, permissions, uses, disclosures, or other actions available to Neuryx under applicable law, contract, consent, business necessity, operational need, or otherwise.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to create any contractual, fiduciary, or other legal obligation beyond those required by applicable law.
Information We May Collect
We may collect information that you provide to us, make available to us, authorize us to access, or that is otherwise provided or generated in connection with our website, systems, communications, business operations, or services, including, without limitation, contact information, business information, communications, project-related information, account or relationship information, submitted content, and other information associated with your interaction with Neuryx.
We may also collect information automatically, indirectly, or from third-party or publicly available sources, including, without limitation, technical information, device information, usage information, analytics information, communications information, operational information, system information, metadata, logs, records, and other information related to access, use, performance, security, or functionality.
If you interact with AI, automation, voice, messaging, workflow, integration, or similar features, we may process information associated with those interactions, including, without limitation, inputs, outputs, prompts, responses, content, recordings, transcripts, summaries, metadata, system events, generated records, and related operational information.
We may combine information collected from different sources and use, disclose, retain, or otherwise process it as described in this Policy or as otherwise permitted by law.
How We May Use Information
We may use information for any lawful business, operational, commercial, administrative, analytical, developmental, security, compliance, service-related, internal, or other legitimate purpose, including, without limitation, purposes related to operating, providing, supporting, improving, testing, monitoring, analyzing, developing, securing, customizing, automating, integrating, and administering our website, communications, systems, tools, demos, business operations, and services.
We may also use information to communicate with you, respond to inquiries, evaluate opportunities, manage customer or prospective customer relationships, provide services, generate outputs, create notes or summaries, support workflows, support integrations, maintain records, troubleshoot issues, analyze performance, prevent misuse, improve systems, train or configure tools where appropriate, enforce agreements, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the rights, property, safety, and interests of Neuryx, our customers, users, service providers, partners, and others.
We may use information in identifiable, aggregated, de-identified, anonymized, derived, or other forms, including, without limitation, for business intelligence, service improvement, system development, internal operations, and other lawful purposes.
How We May Disclose Information
We may disclose information as we determine reasonably necessary, appropriate, useful, or advisable in connection with our business, operations, systems, services, legal obligations, contractual relationships, security needs, transactions, or other legitimate purposes.
This may include, without limitation, disclosure to service providers, vendors, contractors, consultants, infrastructure providers, hosting providers, communications providers, analytics providers, automation providers, AI technology providers, security providers, integration partners, professional advisors, customers, prospective customers, business partners, affiliates, successors, assigns, transaction counterparties, government authorities, legal recipients, or other parties involved in operating, supporting, delivering, improving, protecting, evaluating, transferring, or administering our website, business, systems, communications, or services.
We may also disclose information in connection with legal process, regulatory requests, investigations, disputes, enforcement of agreements, security incidents, suspected misuse, business transactions, financing, restructuring, corporate changes, compliance efforts, prevention of harm, protection of rights, debt collection, risk management, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
We do not sell personal information as part of our ordinary business operations. We may disclose information as described in this Policy and as otherwise permitted by law.
Services Provided to Business Customers
When Neuryx provides services to business customers, including, without limitation, the design, configuration, deployment, hosting, operation, integration, or support of AI agents, voice systems, SMS or messaging systems, automation workflows, dashboards, or related tools, Neuryx may process information relating to that business customer’s own customers, leads, contacts, callers, message recipients, website visitors, or other individuals.
In such cases, the business customer is generally responsible for determining the purposes and means of the processing, for establishing any required legal basis for the processing, for obtaining any required consents, disclosures, or notices, for providing privacy and communications policies to its own customers and end users, and for ensuring that any data shared with or accessed through Neuryx or Neuryx-built systems may lawfully be processed in that manner.
Neuryx generally acts as a service provider, processor, or vendor with respect to such information and processes it on the business customer’s behalf, subject to the business customer’s instructions, applicable agreements, and applicable law. Individuals seeking to exercise rights, request information, request deletion, withdraw consent, or otherwise raise inquiries in connection with a Neuryx-built system operated by a business customer should generally contact that business customer directly.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to assume, accept, or expand any obligation that properly belongs to a business customer with respect to its own customers, contacts, or end users.
Communications
If you provide contact information, we may use it to communicate with you regarding inquiries, meetings, projects, services, updates, transactions, business matters, or other matters related to Neuryx, including, without limitation, through email, phone, SMS, messaging platforms, automated systems, voice agents, automated assistants, or other communication methods.
SMS or similar messaging sent by or on behalf of Neuryx is generally sent through registered, verified, or otherwise approved messaging campaigns, brands, numbers, and providers maintained in accordance with applicable carrier, registry, aggregator, and provider requirements, including, without limitation, toll-free verification, A2P 10DLC registration where applicable, and other messaging compliance requirements. Such messaging is intended to be primarily transactional and relationship-based, including, without limitation, inquiry responses, appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, status updates, and operational notices. Any marketing or promotional messaging, if used, is limited to recipients from whom appropriate consent has been obtained and is subject to applicable carrier, registry, and legal requirements.
Outbound SMS is generally observed within recipient-local time windows consistent with applicable industry practice and regulatory guidance. Exceptions may apply for transactional, requested, time-sensitive, emergency-related, or similarly necessary communications.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on third-party providers, carriers, networks, devices, and other factors outside our control. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at hello@neuryx.ai.
Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent data will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Such information may be disclosed to service providers, carriers, registry providers, infrastructure providers, or other parties as reasonably necessary to operate, support, deliver, log, or audit messaging-related services.
Demonstrations, Voice, and Recorded Interactions
If you interact with a demonstration, evaluation, sample, or showcase agent made available through our website, communications channels, or business operations, including, without limitation, voice, text, chat, or web-based demonstration agents, those interactions may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, analyzed, stored, indexed, and used by Neuryx for evaluation, demonstration, improvement, troubleshooting, research, training, business, security, support, recordkeeping, or other lawful purposes. Demonstration interactions should not be used to transmit sensitive, confidential, regulated, proprietary, or personally identifiable information beyond what is reasonably necessary for the demonstration.
Voice calls placed or received through Neuryx or through Neuryx-built systems — including, without limitation, calls handled by AI voice agents — may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, analyzed, and otherwise processed for operational, business, demonstration, support, training, quality, security, compliance, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, and other lawful purposes. Where applicable law requires notice of recording or the consent of one or more parties to a call, providing such notice or obtaining such consent is the responsibility of the party operating the call-handling system, which may be a Neuryx business customer rather than Neuryx itself.
Where you interact with a voice system operated by a Neuryx business customer rather than by Neuryx directly, that business customer’s policies and practices govern the recording, processing, and use of those calls, as further described in the Services Provided to Business Customers section above.
Information generated by demonstration, voice, messaging, or similar interactions, including, without limitation, recordings, transcripts, summaries, prompts, outputs, system events, and related metadata, may be retained and otherwise processed as described in this Policy.
Retention
We may retain information for as long as we determine reasonably necessary, appropriate, useful, or advisable for business, operational, legal, contractual, administrative, security, compliance, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, system-improvement, backup, audit, or other legitimate purposes, including, without limitation, after a particular interaction, inquiry, project, account, relationship, or service has ended.
Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information, the context in which it was collected or created, our operational needs, applicable legal or contractual considerations, technical constraints, backup practices, dispute considerations, and other relevant factors.
Security
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information. However, no website, system, network, transmission, communication, or storage method is completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee the security, availability, integrity, confidentiality, or uninterrupted operation of any information, system, communication, or service.
Third-Party Services
Our website, communications, systems, tools, demos, business operations, and services may involve third-party platforms, providers, tools, integrations, links, infrastructure, software, models, systems, or technologies, including, without limitation, services used for hosting, communications, analytics, security, automation, AI functionality, workflow management, storage, support, or business operations.
We are not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, content, acts, omissions, policies, or practices of third parties, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Updates
We may update, modify, or replace this Privacy Policy from time to time, including, without limitation, to reflect changes in our practices, services, systems, operations, legal obligations, or business needs.
The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website, systems, communications, tools, demos, or services after an update means the updated Policy applies.
